Paul L. Rathblott

President and CEO. Paul initially conceived of the ideas that have been developed into the ARGOS®, Selectech® and TeleClock ® systems and user interfaces. Prior positions include serving as an aide for the Senate of Pennsylvania and as an attorney for Xerox Corporation; Avis Rent A Car; and as General Counsel for Baker Industries, the parent company of Wells Fargo Guard and Burns International security companies. Paul co-founded a national network of large companies that worked together for legislative initiatives such as the Targeted Jobs Tax Credit Act. Paul is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA), Temple University School of Law (JD), and attended the London School of Economics. Paul previously served as a Trustee of Save the Children, a worldwide development and relief agency.

 
Peter I. Clarke

Executive Vice President, Operations & Technology. Peter is responsible for all the day -to- day operations at ERC along with all application development and programming. Previous employment included a Senior Technical Consultant position with The Wyatt Company (now Watson Wyatt) where he was responsible for IVR benefit enrollment systems. Peter's keen intuitive sense for developing user-friendly interactive voice response (IVR) and Internet solutions and user interfaces has been the backbone of ERC's emergence as a premier solutions provider. Peter holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Fordham University.

 
Joel Pelzner

Vice President - Marketing. Joel is responsible for the delivery of all of ERC's marketing and public relations activities. Joel's career experience includes 25 years with the IBM Corporation in various engineering, sales/marketing/product and management positions. He also has worked as an independent sale and marketing consultant to provide personalized and experienced market analysis and business development services assisting clients in achieving a competitive advantage. Joel graduated with his B.S. in Industrial Technology from San Jose State and received his M.B.A. in Management from Santa Clara University.
